The English Premier League giants Manchester United have been poor in all competitions this season which include league, FA Cup, Carabao cup and UEFA Champions Champions League. The terrible results of Manchester United have lowered the morale of the players, coaching staffs and technical crews of the club.
In the last couple of years, The Manchester based club haven’t won a single title despite spending a lot of funds on top players.

As it stands, The Red Devils currently sit 6th position on the English Premier League standings and they are currently not in contention to qualify for European games next season.

1. LACK OF MOTIVATIONAL SPIRIT OF THE PLAYERS: Some set of players in the squad are not motivated to play for Manchester United due to their low-morale spirit when featuring on the pitch.

2. THE EX-PLAYERS OF THE CLUB: The legendary players that have played Manchester United are usually talking about the club’s performances in the media spaces.
The intervention from the ex-players of the club is also a major problem currently facing Manchester United.
3. THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS: In the last couple of years, The Owners and board of directors have made terrible decisions which had a negative impact on and off the pitch.
