Yul Edochie explains why he married his second wife.
In April, the 40-year-old actor sparked a frenzy among his fans, coworkers, and social media users by posting photographs of his infant child and new wife on his Instagram page.
The actor stated that it was past time for the public to meet his son, Star Dike Munachimso Yul Edochie, whom he adores just as much as his other children.
However, on Friday, the actor shared a nine-minute video on his Facebook page titled "Why I Married a Second Wife."
"It's been an incredible era of my life; ever since the announcement that I married a second wife, it's been chaotic," he remarked.
Since the scandal in his marriage erupted, the actor has revealed he has received calls and messages from admirers all around the world.
Yul, who began his acting career 17 years ago, believes his fans, family, and coworkers have a right to know why he married a second wife.
The father-of-four stated in the video that he married a second wife because he couldn't let go of his colleague-turned-wife.
He believes that a guy may love two women.
He also stated that he couldn't let her go because of the influence she had on his life.
"At this point in my life, I believe it is conceivable for a guy to love two women since two women may contribute differently to a man's life," he stated.
"Someone cannot enter your life and have such an influence, and you simply cannot let this person leave." Of course, many people would question why, as a married man, you allowed a woman into your life. I admitted my error and accepted responsibility for it.
"Things like this happen. Let's be real. I realised I couldn't let such a wonderful woman leave my life.
"These are some of the most lovely women in town." They each contribute something unique to the table. It is possible to love two women at the same time. I used to believe it was impossible, but now I see that it is. "
Yul married his first wife, May, in 2004, at the age of 22, after dating for six years.
In October 2021, the pair will celebrate their 17th wedding anniversary.
